Terms of Service

Effective: May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wellwatertrust.com and the lead-matching service operated by WellWaterTrust (“WellWaterTrust,” “we,” “us”). By submitting the lead form or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What WellWaterTrust is — and isn't

WellWaterTrust is a matching service. We connect homeowners with vetted ELAP-certified water-testing labs and WQA-credentialed filtration installers in our network. We do not perform testing or filtration work ourselves; we do not warrant any partner's work; we do not collect payment for partner services.

When we match you with a partner, the resulting business relationship is between you and that partner. Their pricing, scope, lab analysis method, filtration recommendations, and execution are their responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate information in the lead form. Submitting false information is a breach of these Terms.

3. The matching process

  1. You submit a request via the form.
  2. We route it to a vetted partner — an ELAP-certified lab if you want testing, or a WQA-credentialed installer if you want filtration — who serves your ZIP code.
  3. The partner contacts you, provides a written quote (and for testing, sends a sample kit), and performs the work if you accept.
  4. You decide whether to proceed — there is no obligation to accept any quote.

We do not guarantee a specific match time. Most requests are routed within hours; remote ZIP codes may take longer. If we cannot match your request within 7 days, we will notify you.

4. Cost

The matching service is free for homeowners. Partners in our network pay us a referral fee only when they win your business. You will never be charged by WellWaterTrust for using the matching service.

5. Lab results and recommendations — not medical advice

Water-quality test results delivered by a matched partner are objective lab measurements only. They are not medical or health advice. If you have health concerns related to water quality, consult a licensed physician. Filtration recommendations are based on regulatory thresholds (EPA, NSF/ANSI) and not on your personal medical situation.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Partner disclaimers

Every partner in our network is vetted at admission for ELAP/WQA credentials, licensing, and insurance. Despite this, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. We are not responsible for:

If you have a complaint about a matched partner, submit the form with “Partner complaint” in the notes. We investigate every complaint within 5 business days.

9. Indemnification
