Water quality answer

Are the network installers licensed and insured?

Short answer

Yes. Every installer in our network must hold a current state plumber's or contractor's license (where required), current liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage. We re-verify these credentials annually.

More detail

Water filtration involves cutting into your home's main water line. A botched job can cause catastrophic water damage. That is why proper licensing and high liability insurance minimums are non-negotiable for our network.

Installers must also hold WQA or equivalent water quality credentials, proving they understand water chemistry, not just pipe fitting.

A contractor who fails to maintain their license, insurance, or professional conduct is removed from the network.
